Making bread from scratch is a way to slow down, reconnect, and create something with your own two hands. I started hosting sourdough workshops in London - small, hands-on sessions where we go from feeding the starter to mastering the folds, all with simple tools, real talk, and warm energy. It’s a personal project, but one I’ve shaped with a clear creative and entrepreneurial vision. I developed the branding, name, and tone of voice. I designed the flyers, workshop kits, and a bread guide. I built local visibility through word of mouth and by connecting with cafés and community spots. I also crafted the full workshop experience - structure, rhythm, and flow. I’m now exploring how to turn it into a mobile workshop brand, or even a micro-business.
